• Maintains an active status in sales call queue to manage incoming phone calls and voicemails
• Proactively and efficiently responds to customers through all channels by phone, e-mail, text, or other communication channels same day
• Manage customer expectations for all commercial appointments through outbound confirmation calls with arrival windows, appointment, and service information
• Assists with escalated customer concerns as needed
• Track, manage, and schedule all commercial maintenance plan customers

• Assist dispatch and operations departments to effectively manage communication between technicians, account managers, and logistics regarding job and customer information and equipment issues
• Maintains active and timely communication and response in all Microsoft Team threads
• Administration support for Commercial Sales team including weekly and monthly report generation
• Perform additional duties as needed as assigned by Commercial Accounts Manager

• Prospect current and former customers using company databases to increase service frequency
• Follow-up on leads and estimates to close sale
• Create estimates and bids to send to customers

• Self-motivation needed to complete required tasks with little or no direction in a timely manner
• Experience in a dispatch/customer service environment with emphasis on sales
• Strong sales skills—experience and comfort level in outbound/phone sales
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills that clearly convey information
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
• Ability to creatively solve problems and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to develop and write SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
